I got a full set here and was incredibly disappointed with what I got. I asked for a relatively simple set– French tips and a design on the ring fingers. I asked her to use powder for the French tips because usually gel chips (it chipped right after I got them done) and she ignored me and used gel instead. Not only did she use tips that were too big for my nails, she also made them very thick, bumpy and wide. I had to shape them to my liking at home… they still dont look right though. The top coat did not cover the entire nail and there are bubbles and divots in the nail as well. I sat for over an hour because she kept messing up the designs, not letting it dry, smudging things, doing the design I asked for incorrectly, as well as messy, awkward looking French tips that I had her adjust… Now, JUST 9 DAYS LATER— TWO nails have now broken off (I am not rough with my nails, they usually never break until 3+ weeks after I get them done at other places…) I regret tipping her very well. Extremely dissatisfied, I will never come here again.

I always go to Sam & Sam does an amazing job. I get pedicures & nails fills & designs from her. She always takes extra special care of me & is very meticulous in her work. Her nail designs are amazing! She’s so incredibly artistic & talented. I always make sure to get something fun. I’ve recommended her to others many times. I often get compliments on my nails.

I have been searching for a great nail salon in the Milwaukee area for about 2 1/2 years. and found Nailistic! they are amazing. It is by far the best nail salon in the area. Coming from Chicago it was very difficult finding a salon that was up to speed and on point and on trend with what is happening in the nail world. The products they use are top notch, the nail technicians are impeccable, and everybody is just super friendly. Easy parking and the salon is super clean ! I am so glad I found iNailistic in Glendale on Port Washington Road. Angela is amazing !!!

This place has been in my neighborhood for a while, and I finally decided to try it. I called and was able to make an appointment very easily. While the nail tec who took care of me was very nice, I wasn’t overly impressed with the simple manicure I received. The process felt rushed to me and the edges of my nails felt a bit rough with the polish lines not as clean.

I had an appointment with KIM for a fill (She did the original full set) and she was 30 minutes late. When she arrived, she did not apologize for her tardiness, she just said “hello” and requests that I sit in her chair. I informed her that 2 of my nails were cracked from the original set, and requested that she lay the acrylic thicker to ensure that it does not crack again. I was expecting her to mend the crack nails so that I would not have to deal with cracking nails again. She did not mend the nails and when I asked her if they’d crack again, her response was “I don’t know, I laid the acrylic thicker this time”. I left the appointment and less than 24 hours later, the nails cracked. I returned to the shop 2 days later to inform her that the nails I told her about days prior cracked and she needed to fix them. She removed the nails and replaced them with new ones, she did not inform me that there would be a charge associated with the “repair”. As I was getting up to leave, she stated that I needed to pay $20 for nails that she did not correct the first time around. I was frustrated, but I paid the money and informed her in a calm tone that I would never come back to her, she responded by stating that she would refuse service from me because she didn’t like my attitude . She raised her voice, I asked her not to yell and she stated that that’s the way she talks so I got loud with her too. I was apprehensive about going to her because I have heard about her terrible attitude. I didn’t want to deal with her but I assumed that she matured over the years and her attitude changed. BOY WAS I WRONG. While KIM does good work, her attitude is absolutely awful and she cannot take constructive feedback. She is unprofessional and needs to find another line of work that will bring her greater joy. No customer should be subjected to that kind of treatment.

Had a last minute friend outing for pedicures, and the salon was happy to accommodate all four of us simultaneously. Both the guys and girls all enjoyed it. They offer CBD oil in their pedicures, which was great for our first-time pedi guy. Very responsive via Google appointment requests.
