When I show her a picture of what I want she gets it spot on!! She has every color you can think of and keeps up with trends and the salon is so nice and clean. Since I’ve been here the first time I haven’t been anywhere else!! Rose is amazing she exceeds my expectations every time I come in. When I show her a picture of what I want she gets it spot on!! She has every color you can think of and keeps up with trends and the salon is so nice and clean. Not to mention she is the sweetest nail tech I’ve ever had. I HIGHLY recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am so frustrated with the quality and the customer service from the owner. Last year I went and had my nails done and they kept popping off. The owner assured me that if there was a problem to come back. In one week I had to go back twice! So frustrating and by the 3rd nail that popped off I went to just get another fill at that point. She didn’t offer any discount or acknowledgement for my time wasted. I tried again recently and asked for the owner specifically when I made an appointment because I knew she did better than the girl she had hired. She pressured me into trying another new girl and told me it would be fine. It has been two months and 4 nails have now broke off like this. It’s a sign that the original nails that I got done were not glued properly because a set should last as long as I get them filled! Usually when my nail comes off it hurts so bad but these just break off randomly. Honestly waste of time and money.
