I will never come back here due to integrity. I called & asked how much for a pedicure & manager told me $30 & I said okay I’ll be in after work. Right after I received a text message about my great appointment; I was happy & thought the service was good until I get there & asked about callus remover tech said it cost $10 more & manager did too I said okay I don’t want it then. Then they say because I had gel polish on my feet that’s $5 for removal. I didn’t know that neither because none of this was said on the phone to me. Manager came by & said it’s okay we won’t charge you for the callus just this one time, but we’ll charge you for the gel remover. I said okay…I get up there after my pedicure now I’m getting charge for all of them. My price went from $30 to $45 in a matter of time. Then the manager say okay I’ll charge you $40 for the pedi & callus. I said you said you wasn’t charging me for the callus just the gel remover she said no I meant no gel remover charge, but callus yes charge. I paid $40 & left. This caused me not to give no tip. I usually pay $25 for my pedi’s in Plainfield I came here because it is across from my job, I was rushing for an event, & she said $30 on the phone. The amount she said on the phone plus her tip I had in cash when they kept boosting the price up on me then I had to use my card. I hate price changes just tell me everything from the beginning so, there are no surprises. However, they did a good job physically with my pedicure I just won’t be coming back here…I do not like the lies I received yesterday. I should of went to my other nail salon for my pedicure even if it was a little further away. I chose convenience over great service by coming here & that caused me to pay almost what I would of paid for my nails for a pedicure. I will be sticking to my nail salon & not coming back here.

I am not one who can walk into any nail salon and be happy with the results, so after many failed attempts at getting my nails done I found this place. The woman who did my gels did them PERFECT, like photo shoot in a magazine perfect. I can’t wait to go back, I plan to tomorrow in fact lol. Nails and tattoos I don’t care how much or how long it takes I also overly tip because as a former bartender I know what it’s like to work on tips. You have to respect these artists. Anyone can be a hairstylist or a nail tech but the real gems and real artists are truly rare.
