Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got the SNS and it chipped after two days on three nails. I have been getting SNS for years now and this has never happened. They refused to give me a refund because I “must’ve been doing too much with my hands.” I’m not currently working and even when I did work SNS would never chipped that quickly. Complete scam. I got the SNS and it chipped after two days on three nails. I have been getting SNS for years now and this has never happened. They refused to give me a refund because I “must’ve been doing too much with my hands.” I’m not currently working and even when I did work SNS would never chipped that quickly. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs!!!

He removed the gel from my last manicure and polished my nails in less than 25mins. He didn’t file or buff my nails and didn’t do my cuticles! I had cracked a nail in less than 24hrs. I went back today to get everything fixed. Instead of apologizing about the poor service, this man laughed and told me to come back later! He played dumb and said he didn’t know I wanted that done. Duh! That’s part of a manicure. When I went back today 1 of the nice girls fixed my nails, thank God. When I showed up for the appointment, a male employee asked me what number I had called, as I showed him the number that matched his business.
