Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been following Maria wherever she goes on/off (due to lack of transportation) for a bit of over 10 years. Maria has been with Nailicious for the past 7 year and I have been exclusively going to Maria for the past almost 6 years. The quality of her work is like no other!I LOVE the environment of this establishment. ALL the ladies are professional and friendly. I have personally heard the ladies ask “DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?” When walk ins occur, they all check to see their availability. I have personally seen all the ladies STOP what they’re doing and check their calendars to see if they have slots available. This ALSO occurs when someone calls the salon.Their Customer service is exceptional. Yara, the owner, greets everyone that comes in through the door when she’s at the salon and is super sweet with her ladies! This business is more like a family and that is why I LOVE driving 40+ minutes to get my nails done here!So to these “Karens” leaving bogus reviews, I bet you are the ones that leave the ladies waiting by not showing up to the appointments. There is no nail artist more dedicated and talented than her.The atmosphere in her salon is very peaceful. A place that I can get away from my busy life and just relax.Yara makes you feel welcomed.
