Called to make an appointment. She asked for name and said I could come in 15 min. When I walked in there were 3 ladies picking out nail polish. She saw me as I entered and called my name. I said yes and proceeded to walk towards her. She said now you have to wait because I told you 5 minutes. She was not telling the truth. There’s no way she said 5 minutes, that would be impossible. I turned around and walked across the street to Time Square Nails. Was done and out the door with a mani pedi in 45 minutes. Will never go to Tropical Nails again!
