Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei was just here and the girl that did my nails did not know what she was doing at all 2 of my nails are very crooked and my thumb has so many coats of polish to the point it’s clumpy this is what i asked for and that is what i got she also filed my FINGER to the point it was bleeding. i was just here and the girl that did my nails did not know what she was doing at all 2 of my nails are very crooked and my thumb has so many coats of polish to the point it’s clumpy this is what i asked for and that is what i got she also filed my FINGER to the point it was bleeding. I would not recommend this place at all nor will i ever go back.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would not recommend this place to anyone. The ladies were all extremely rude and unprofessional when speaking to us. I asked for a simple design, a base color and then one line on each nail. My gel polish was left streaky and the lines were uneven, and varied in the thickness. My friend asked for a simple white base with a star on the nail. When they were finished, they looked like a two year old had done them. The manager redid the nails, after saying (three times) she did not want them redone. The quality of the products they used are awful and the women seem to hardly know what they are doing. The women who did our nails constantly told us that we were in the wrong when we would ask for something to be done or fixed (like brushing the dust off before applying the top coat).On top of the service we received, the place was very dirty. They had used towels, cotton balls, etc all over the floor, it doesn’t appear to have been vacuumed nor mopped as well.The prices were not consistent either, I paid $28 whereas my friend paid $33 for the same services.All in all, the place was very unprofessional and the staff is beyond rude and disrespectful.
