Good manicure…not great but good. The issue I had with this salon is with the owner, who did my nails. I had looked up on the shelf and noticed a number of political chochkas, all with the same politician’s face. The owner asked me if I liked it. I told her not really. She then proceeded with her questioning what happened to America? We’ve lost our freedoms. The media manipulates. I was getting more and more annoyed at her confrontation. She said a lot of people don’t like it and don’t come in anymore, but she didn’t care. It’s her opinions. On top of that, the website prices don’t match the salon’s. When I questioned her about that, her response was that it wasn’t her website. It was the previous owners and couldn’t be changed. Not sure what that meant. She did give me the cheaper price. I left and won’t be going back.

I am so glad I found this salon!! It’s in such a great location, although a little hidden if you don’t know the shopping center. It’s the center @scottsdale & thunderbird, at the north end, so closer to Acoma actually.

I absolutely loved my experience at this nail salon! The owner, Crystal, did an excellent job on my manicure and the final result was even prettier than the inspo photo I showed her. My favorite part though was the conversations we had. This was the first time I’ve ever walked away from a manicure feeling like I had not only pretty nails but also a new friend. Crystal has an incredible story. She is a strong, hard working and inspiring woman! She’s a patriot and I will be going back to her again and again.
