I am so happy with my nails. I have been going to Karen Ayers before she started working here and she’s always been amazing! She’s always making sure I’m getting exactly what I want, she’s constantly taking courses to learn new things and her products are really good quality, the polish NEVER lifts. I’m a dog groomer and my hands go through a lot. They’re always wet, my nails get scratched from brushing dogs, they get damaged when I do nail grinding and I’ve gone a month without getting my nails done and they still never lift, and my natural nails stay protected. I went to Nail Expressions today for the first time to see Karen. The shop is very clean and really cute. Everyone here is very nice and friendly, it makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend them!

I love love LOVE this salon. I’m 27 & this is the first salon I’ve found where they have done a really great job on my nails. I had super short nails going in & wanted to get hard gel set. But Devin (the girl who does mine) explained that even just doing the gel on natural nails will help them grow & is less maintenance for me. Which goes to show she isn’t all about the money cause she could have made another 15 dollars or so. Us been 4 weeks & my first fill is tomorrow & my nails have grown SO MUCH! I’m stoked.

I’ve been going here for a year or so now, but with different nail techs. I now go to Jurnee and she’s so sweet! You can tell she cares about her clients and remembers all the tiny details about you. Jurnee’s nail art is clean and her work is very neat, she keeps her little booth very tidy and always welcomes you with a smile. Melinda the owner of the salon cares about each of her booth renters and their clients also. Both Melinda and Jurnee will make sure you are happy before you leave!!! I recommend this place to anyone 🙂

Critical: ProfessionalismSo I was going to Kayla for a couple months and I actually really liked her despite getting mold underneath my nails and having broken nails repeatedly. I liked who she was so even through the bad experience i kept coming back. I thought that the mold underneath my nails was my fault.. the more that I thought about it the more I thought that I had been getting my nails done basically regularly since i was 16 and have been a regular swimmer and it has NEVER happen to me before. She text me telling me she couldn’t do my nails and I said okay can I reschedule and she text back saying I’ll check my schedule I text back and asked her if I had done anything wrong. She text me back saying “I just dont think you respect me enough. I have been working hard on your nails and you haven’t been tipping either and I just don’t think it is a good fit”. Honestly after I read that text I laughed because she took 2 hours to do my nails before because she was talking to me so much and invited me to her apartment for a NYE party in the appointment before. I HARDLY ever do any nail art and have tip every time. I know one time I forgot and that is my bad. If I wouldn’t of asked if I did something wrong she never would of responded which is really unprofessional. I liked who she was so even through the bad experience i kept coming back.
