Absolutely horrible! I called on the phone and the owner told me the price of my nails would be $40. When I got there and after he put them on he told me $80! Also overcharged my daughter! They charge “extras” for everything. They claimed my nails were long and they are super short! The owner kept saying don’t worry I will take care of you and they never did they just overcharged me and took my money! Complete crooks!!! Also my pedicure looks blotchy and my nails were not done as I requested. Do not go here unless you want to get overcharged!!!! There are so many better places in the area!!!

This salon hasn’t let me down! Moved to the area about six months ago and have been going here every few weeks for a couple months. Tina is always the best with my nails and my eyelashes! I recommend friends and coworkers to them all the time!

I will NEVER go back to this place, EVER…!!!!! Sad thing is, I had read some of the reviews before I went, and had disregarded them… Unfortunately, for me, I was in a rush, but, they were ALL accurate…!!!!! Not only, is the entire staff rude AND ignorant, the nails I left with, most certainly were NOT worth the TIME or MONEY spent there…!!!!!! I had to LITERALLY draw a picture of the “design” I wanted on my nails, because they were COMPLETELY CLUELESS…!!!! Now when you see just how SIMPLE it was, maybe you’ll understand my frustration…!!! Every one of the women there, we’re either on their phones, or they were “customer bashing”, when frankly, they should’ve been using that time to “clean” the pigsty they call a nail salon… I was just completely appalled by my entire experience..!!! The “manager”, KNEW I was PISSED, because I did NOT get what I wanted and asked for, and still did absolutely NOTHING to even TRY to make it right..?? If this is how you want to run a business, I would assume you won’t be around much longer…!!!!! Thank goodness….!!!!

Worst experience of my life! Place sucks! They overcharge you and everyone is rude. They lie and tell you one price then change it after the nails are put on! Hope this place goes out of business! The Nailery is an all around disgusting place. The staff are rude, and horrible, the sinks are filthy and unclean, and the service is atrocious. I paid $20 for a full set of acrylics, which at the time I thought was a great price (I would unfortunately be proven wrong). The woman who did my nails was, to be put quite simply, a wench. She didn’t speak to me, but she was definitely speaking rudely about me in her language to her receptionist buddy. She didn’t do my nails at all how I asked. She did them how she felt she wanted them. I asked for long, blue, coffin nails, I got short, blue, half square half circle nails. I came back to ask for a refund after being given an infection from her disgusting establishment, and she called me a liar and a begger in front of her customers. I will never return to this horrendous, repulsive salon (if you can even call it that), and I will have everyone I know boycott the foul place.
