I was so excited to try this place bc the reviews were so good. My experience was fine but the work on my nails was fast & not what I expected it to be at a “luxury salon”. I made an appointment for a UV gel fill – it is not smooth at all you can see All the bumps, and the color is not applied all over the nail.I love the shape but definitely not the best experience. You can still see the black nail polish I had on before. I would give them another shot since they are convenient but definitely not worth the price I spent on the nails.

First let me just say, Bri has been doing my nails for years and it’s never a disappointment! I absolutely love the fact that my nails can last over a month before needing a fill .. this beautiful one stop shop is a must GO TO, they offer a variety of services w such friendly staff that made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I absolutely can not say enough good things about this spot!! Very clean and professional, extremely friendly and personable. I was lucky enough to have my nails done by Bri herself. I had an idea of what I wanted done, but she walked me though the best way to get the outcome I desired. She had me laughing the whole time, and watching her work was a pleasure. It was obvious that she not only loves what she does, but also takes pride in her work. Very innovative spot, I have never been to a salon that literally does it all. Such a wonderful experience, 10/10 recommend!!

Customer service on point. this is not your average nail salon. The girls actually smile and act like they enjoy their job. I got acrylic built on my big toes and they look so natural/undetectable. Best I’ve had in Tampa Bay.

Loved everything about the store from the design to the people who greet you when you walk in! In an amazing location in the middle of downtown, so whether you are grabbing a bite to eat or meeting someone you can always stop by since walk- ins are welcome. Kia & Bri are who I go to for either my nails or waxing services. Both have changed my entire previous experiences of being in a salon. 100% worth the trip to either stop and check them out. On top of that they also have a beautiful boutique inside of the salon so if you’re waiting for any service you also can shop! Lastly, Mariah is the cherry on top & takes care of all my braiding/ hair services. She braids fast, so sweet and always pays attention to detail. Ladies, this is a one stop shop for everything and you won’t regret stopping in. 10/10 recommend.

I recently went in last Tuesday and received a pull pedicure with a luxurious volcano bath. It was absolutely amazing and message was giving me chills haha. My toes were gel with an acrylic tip on my big toes and lasted over a month! I really really love this spot because you can get any service here. I’ve had a waxing done, mani and pedi, lashes, braids and even went into the boutique and found a really cute outfit for the weekend!! Hands down the best one stop shop I have ever been to. Highly recommend! Not only that but their entire team is so sweet and helpful!

Super uncomfortable chairs and little wooden stools to hold up the feet, my feet, my legs and my back were uncomfy, after a long day I was not looking to end it on a chair and stool as the ones there. They probably excel on other services but Pedicure is not one. Since pedicure is one you must feel pampered when you have to pay the least half of a hundred bill. The nail tech was an apprentice but she was attentive. She look uncomfy also.
