The first time I went here, I got a manicure and a full set of the vitamin gel nails. They did a fabulous job on both. I went back before I left on my cruise so my nails would look fresh and I found a different design I wanted. They looked great! Today, I went for a fill and again they look great! Tina is awesome and the other lady that did them right before my cruise was great. I have had a great experience every time I walk through the door and Tina knows me as soon as I walk through the door. I highly recommend giving them a try. I don’t think you will regret it!

I’ve been here a few times and have always had great service. Tina goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want and is so friendly!! I normally get acrylic nails because I like the tips and the thickness of them but Tina talked me into doing the Vitamin gel and keeping my natural nails healthy. I got my acrylic nails removed and the vitamin gel on top of my natural nails. I am so pleased with how they turned out. My nails have never been this long and strong. I am in love with them! Thank you Tina!!

This place has horrible customer service & I will NEVER be back. After the guy was finished with my nails and I paid I quickly realized how terrible they looked. I sat with my friend while she was getting her nails done & saw that my thumbs were two different lengths & shape & The acrylic is so thick. So, I asked the guy if he could fix them and his response was “it’s too late to fix them… should’ve told me right then” and then proceeded to say “I asked you if you liked them” and he absolutely did not. I then asked if i could have a partial refund & he said that they don’t give refunds. All this place is worried about is their money & are not worried about the quality of nails they do or pleasing customers. He was rude & I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever & the salon is not clean. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great location! I’ve tried almost every nail technician to get a feel of which one that I’ll stick with. I saw Tina for 3 nail repairs I had done not long ago, polish change, and cut down! This was my first time and I was taken care of by Tina. She was personable, funny, and did a great job. I got the vitamin gel along with gel polish and it looks fantastic. This might be my new favorite go to nail salon. I do wish that they had an option for appointments as it is walk-in only and therefore can get crowded and busy with a wait.

Awful. Would never go back. Got acrylics done with my daughter and they had 5 different technicians working with her. The techs kept rotating to other customers an telling her to wait. 2 1/2 hours!!!!!

This was my first visit and my LAST. I requested acrylic nails and I absolutely regret it. At the end of the service I asked the man with the bowl hair cut with high lights to please correct my nails. Immediately he started yelling he was not fixing it was my fault for not telling him during the service. He never once asked me. Then he proceeds to trash talk me to another customer so I then requested a partial refund, thinking this was fair… He said no refunds (there is no sign posted beware). I asked for the owner. He then told me I would have to wait for SIX HOURS for him to fix my nails & shortly after the cops arrived… Not sure why the cops were called.. The owner showed up 20 mins later to the salon, the guy who did my nails was silent at this point. I requested a refund to the owner and she told me by law she does not have to then proceeded to pull out a handful of Johnston county sheriffs letters. This obviously was not the first time this has happened nor will it be the last. The owner corrected my nail in less than 30 mins … meanwhile making excuses that the guy who messed up my nails did not know English… but an hour prior he knew it just fine. First impressions should have made me run right back out the door. Upon walking in there was a box of chicken sitting open.. The wax is open and looks so disgusting. Now reading through the reviews it’s very obvious there are some fake post…. I really hope I can save someone else from having a horrible experience like mine!

I have been coming here several times and Tina is normally the one that helps me and she’s great. I missed the name of the lady that did my nails today after Tina shaped them she’s only there on Mondays but she’s also fantastic. I initially came in with dip powder on my nails Tina was telling me about vitamin gel as a different way of doing your nails and I’ve been hooked.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILS!!She took the time to make sure the bottom color was to my liking, of mixing different colors together to make sure I was happy with the base color.
