The service was okay but they are too expensive. I only wanted a fill with gel and had to pay 45. I told her I had a small set and she told me that they were medium so not have a disagreement I was charged for a medium. Not sure if Im going back. I just went there cause I happened to be in concord I usually get my nails done in Oakland their way cheaper.

While visiting a friend in Concord …we decided to get pampered for the day she looked up this place Nailed it Salon and we’re happy she found it. We didn’t have an appointment but we were greeted, welcomed and were arranged to be taken care of even without an appointment. The wait wasn’t long at all. Their service is excellent, their personal is amazing and extremely friendly and attentive. They offer champagne, tea, water, coffee and candy while your nails are being cleaned. They have, eyebrow waxing, paraffin for a softer texture of your skin, either hands or feet other than that, they have a nice set of options. They’re prices are decent. I was happy with the end result of my manicure. This place is one to go back to!

The people that work here are dedicated to their craft. I love their enthusiasm and they’re always very kind and ready to help. I’ve been looking for a nail salon for 6 months and I finally found it. I’ve had three fills here and they were all very well done. They are offering airbrushing so my nails are very unique and super cute. They are getting a new store soon and I can’t wait for their store to reflect the quality of work that they do.
