Critical: Quality, ValueI went to this salon to get my hair done by Brianna and she did a terrible job. I didn’t even realize how terrible it was until I went to another salon and they had to point out everything that was done incorrectly on my hair. I wanted my hair trimmed by a few inches and some bangs cut and wanted my caramel blonde balayage brought up after it had grown out. Homegirl brought my bleach all the way up to my roots instead of giving me a balayage and toned my hair a way too dark almost cool toned brown, ruining all of the blonde I had spent years getting into my hair. After setting an appointment to come back and get it fixed, I went home and saw my haircut and how badly it was done and decided I couldn’t go back and didn’t trust her to finish the job. My other stylist pointed out even more issues with the cut than I could take pictures of myself. Do yourself a favor and please don’t go to this salon for any hair services. I only got 50% of a refund, which I was grateful for given that she could have given me nothing back, but I shouldn’t have paid at all given the work that was done. I lost over $100 for this terrible dye and cut and then had to spend hundreds somewhere else getting everything fixed. I went to this salon to get my hair done by Brianna and she did a terrible job. I didn’t even realize how terrible it was until I went to another salon and they had to point out everything that was done incorrectly on my hair.
