Critical: ProfessionalismStar was the technician who did my nails. The took me as a walk in, the very next day a nail fell off in the sink while I was washing my hands, I went back for repair, Star was with a customer, three other technicians were available, but they told me to wait 35 minutes or come back the next day. It was cold and rainy. They didn’t bother saying “One of us can do it”If I can give this place less than a star, I sure would. The nail job Star did was horrible: acrylic was way too thick. She rushed the job. I really missed my nail place in Virginia where I usually go, but learned a lesson. I’m never going back and I don’t recommend this place at all.Go to Uneek nails in Virginia and you’ll know the difference. Customer service is everything and this place just doesn’t have it.
