Critical: Quality, ValueFrom the moment I walked in the doors the woman was already rude she said I can’t do what you want even though I was showing her pictures she said I’m not gonna do it so! I said well let’s do it this way well that will be $20 more you know so she was she overcharge me by the time I left I was gonna have $80 nails and they were not gonna be nothing but just chrome painted nails! We went here today to get our nails done and we wanted a Pacific color ombre I have my own nails she wanted to charge me $40 to do it and then 20 more for the other color and then $5 for something that is just crazy then when we picked another color she acted like she didn’t have that color or she didn’t want to do it maybe she just wasn’t up for the challenge she could at least talk to me in another color we can do it this way never ever

I’ve heard many people’s experiences on this place. I’ve heard nothing but how rude they are to customers. If u want to support good people and good business, i’d look somewhere else. Just look at how they talk to customers that had a bad experience. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Their own words speak for themselves.
