I received a gel manicure yesterday. Last night two of my nails were already starting to peel off. Luckily I had some nail glue and was able to glue back the nails that were pealing. Then today the top of one of my nails completely came off. Very disappointed that a $40 service would be this poor of quality.

I went to the Millcreek location for my little sister’s birthday and came out with 3 bloody fingers, as well as bumpy finger nails which are already starting to crack (they are gel mind you). At no point was there any apology or acknowledgement from the nail tech and I was too anxious to say anything. The wash cloths were spotted with blood and my cuts full of alcohol. I spent $43 on mine alone and have been in contact with the manager and I have been offered credit but not a refund. I wouldn’t want to go back after that experience.

I have been going here monthly for a gel manicure and pedicure for a while now and I absolutely love the place. My last pedicure lasted 6 weeks which is insane. My nails last a minimum of two weeks with no chipping or issues (day 15 pictured). Totally worth the money and such a pleasant and clean experience.

I have been getting my hair done by Lacey for years and she is the best of the best. I am at the point where I let her just decide what to do and it always turns out amazing and I leave feeling beautiful! The ambiance and customer service is always on point as well. Love the atmosphere and would definitely recommend going for all the services they offer based on my experience there.

I get my hair done at this location by Chantalisa. She is absolutely amazing! Always does exactly what I want and if something isn’t quite right she fixes it right away. Definitely recommend her and Nailed. The salon is always so clean and the front desk staff is great!
