Came one time on Sunday and it was closed although website claims open on Sundays. Came on Saturday next time at 4 pm. They gave me an appointment at 5pm. Came back 10 to 5 pm. Waited until 5:30 pm and left because they ignored me sitting there waiting. I go to a nail store not just for my nails. I want to feel special and be treated well. That’s what one calls „wellness“. This wellness aspect is not taken care of. Maybe they are great artists with your nails, but it is in vain if they treat you like you should admire them instead of being treated like a princess since you pay for it.Also, when you make the appointment they ask you immediately by message to confirm it asking also for credit card information. I never give my credit card information to everybody. Probably that was the reason why they ignored me because they don’t want cash payers in their store. Anyway, if they are successful, then only because of missing competition around.

Called once and return was a day later. Already had made another appointment. Second visit 4:00 on a Saturday, nobody there. Third try, husband bought gift card. They wanted CC before booking which cash had been paid and did not want to give CC, no refund. Got appointment and pediure was average. Gel was average. Owner friendly but choose to use profanity three different times while I was there. Might be the salon for some but not for me.

Very dirty tables. My pedicure was so fast and no exfoliation. Left my one big toe nail pointed ♀️. Within 3 days one of my nails broke and when I called to repair it, they told me they did not have time and it was very inconvenient. Will definitely not go back.

Horrible service by the manager Mr. Barnes, had a appointment at 3pm and had to cancel that morning due to a sickness. The salon then continues to charge my card the full amount for nail services. We contacted the salon multiple times and they are basically saying we didn’t cancel because they didn’t see the phone number on the call logs when indeed it was cancelled. Be careful doing business with this place !!!

Brittany is awesome. Very cool to chat with and makes you comfortable. Not your average salon and that’s a good thing. Chairs could be better but I hear they’re working on that. 🙂

Reasonable prices and friendly staff. They can do EVERYTHING nails here. Appointment only so no long wait times. I had an issue with the clear coat on my nails and they offered to fix it free if charge. I’m busy so I don’t have time for fix it appointments so I patched them up at home. I will give them another chance since the staff is amiable and friendly. It’s very hard to find a good salon and this one may be my go to.
