Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here to get my nails done for a school dance and I have no regrets! They take so much pride in their work, and you can tell they are extremely passionate. I showed them an inspiration picture and my nails turned out almost identical, if not better! The salon’s manager, who worked on my nails was very personable, and she was always making sure that my mom and I were comfortable! The salon itself was very clean, calm, and relaxing. Although the salon was very busy the day I went, they took their time and made sure that my experience was amazing! 10 out of 10 recommend this salon, and I will most definitely be coming back! I went here to get my nails done for a school dance and I have no regrets! They take so much pride in their work, and you can tell they are extremely passionate. I showed them an inspiration picture and my nails turned out almost identical, if not better! The salon’s manager, who worked on my nails was very personable, and she was always making sure that my mom and I were comfortable! The salon itself was very clean, calm, and relaxing. Critical: QualityI came in with a picture exactly what I wanted for a dip and it turned out nothing like what I wanted. I don’t hate that outcome however it’s not that hard to follow a picture to have a very simple dip. I was shuffled not once, not twice, but three times and I even had an appointment. It took over two hours for it toenail color change and then a dip on my fingers. I came in with a picture exactly what I wanted for a dip and it turned out nothing like what I wanted. I don’t hate that outcome however it’s not that hard to follow a picture to have a very simple dip. I was shuffled not once, not twice, but three times and I even had an appointment. Positive: Quality, ValueGot pedicures with my MIL. The Deluxe pedicure was a wonderful experience and a good value! Got much more than I would at most other salons for the price. Everything was very clean. I accidentally smudged my toe and the gal was so sweet about it and fixed it right away. My only complaint would be that they didn’t designate a time or space to dry. Got pedicures with my MIL. The Deluxe pedicure was a wonderful experience and a good value! Got much more than I would at most other salons for the price. Everything was very clean. I accidentally smudged my toe and the gal was so sweet about it and fixed it right away. My only complaint would be that they didn’t designate a time or space to dry.
