NAiL’d It!

Critical: QualityOwner is very RUDE & first let me start by saying im very disappointed in my interaction with the owner on 1/15/2022. I came with the idea of receiving short square white acrylic powder nails which I have gotten before for $40 and either way if you’re paying more than $35-40 for short square white nails then you’re getting ripped off. I came in & told the owner what I wanted and also showed her a picture. I simply wanted just already white acrylic powder on my nails and a clear coat. She told me this service would cost $68 … I said no thank and was ready to exit and then she told me that she can do for me for $45 and that she has 3 different prices for the service I wanted. 45,55, or 68 I chose 45 and she proceeded to tell me she said the full set is 35 and for white acrylic 10 and shell charge 45 I said okay. she then puts on the 5 tips on my left hand and one tip on my right pinky and I ask her if its gonna be white acrylic powder short and square she then GASPS FOR AIR and then says “why you keep say like that, the way you keep say is $68″ and im in SHOCK. I Calmly said no thank you please take them off. She then gets irritated and angry and then says ” how you wan 68 dollar nail and don’ t wan pay 68 dollars” No ma’am. I then tell her to take them off and ill go to the nail shop down the street ( La’Vie aka the best nail spot around / in Monroe. I don’t even know why I chose somewhere else) and then she proceeds to leave my nails like how shown in the picture. She used the nail cutter and chops them off and takes the dill and dills roughly over my nails also keeping it in one spot burning my nails!!!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI recently moved into the area and finally found my favorite nail salon! They were very accommodating, offered their professional opinion for design and style, and staff is super polite and professional. Also, the salon is clean and nicely decorated.They were busy but did not feel rushed at all.
