Made an appointment for 3 pedicures (2 adults &1 child) which they were informed. Our appointment was for 1:00 they called me 5 mins prior to the appointment and said they were very busy and can we come at 2. Not a problem we went to lunch and arrived at 2. Waited for another 35 mins and were then sat at the pedicure seats with feet in water for another 30-45 mins. They started an older couple before us that arrived after us but come on we have a 3 year old waiting for her pedicure! We finally had to leave at 3:45 with no top coat on mom, mine just painted not dried and a 3 year old with all toes that were smudged. Not worth the time or money. Learn to NOT overbook. What was supposed to be a relaxing fun time turned into Such an unpleasant experience.

We made appointments online for 1 and 1:15 and they declined them the day of our appointment even though every time option was available when we made the appointment. When we tried to straighten things the lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on us so we had to find a new salon last minute. Safe to say I will NOT be going to this nail salon.
