I really wish there was a 0 star review option…I have been a customer of Ivy’s for YEARS! I have invested so much time and money to help support her and her small business! Sadly, she has been careless and unprofessional. She has made numerous mistakes and this last mistake did it for me. I asked her for a specific color that she has done on me already atleast 10 times, she looked at me like i was stupid and didn’t not know what I was talking about. She made no effort in trying to help after I showed her a picture of the polish and my nails SHE did! She then put the gel polish on my toes with no base coat so my nails started bubbling and cracking that same day. I went to get it fixed and she had the audacity to make me wait an hour and still didn’t fully fix my issue or leave me satisfied. I won’t even comment on my full set mistakes because it’s too much.We bust our butts here I San Diego to make a living and come to your nail salon for comfort and relaxation. Sadly, I have left here frustrated and upset far to many times and I will NEVER return. When you truly love what you do making your customers happy brings you joy not bitterness.

I found Thao on IG (@nailcessity_spa) and I have came every 3 weeks (religiously) for the past 2 years! The nails are the best quality I have ever had, never have any lifting which is why I can wait 3 weeks and she so talented with the nail art. I also come for a pedicure every trip and Tina is my go to girl! Consistently BEST experience !! These ladies get me right every time.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Do not go here. Ivy was out of town so Rosa decided I couldn’t get the design I wanted. Called it ugly. I confronted her about it – every time I asked for a color they gave me a hard time. Lisa didn’t want to paint the off white color on me. I didn’t ask for personal opinions when I get my nails done. How do you insult me in my face then expect me to tip you? They snatched my phone out of my hand 3 times when I was trying to show them a design. I don’t know why I went to this location.
