Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is not worth your money please do not waist it here. I got my nails done here, i asked for an glitter ombre that was silver and they gave me gold, it was lumpy and uneven. Probably the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. Not to mention that I asked for gel and they put regular nail polish that they didn’t give me time to dry, then they put a thin layer of gel top coat on top and all of the nail polish came off on the first day of having them. They also did not prepare your cuticles and they ruined mine. This is what they look like after 3 days of having them, and 2 already came off. NEVER. GO. This place is not worth your money please do not waist it here. I got my nails done here, i asked for an glitter ombre that was silver and they gave me gold, it was lumpy and uneven. Probably the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. Critical: QualityMy family came in to get manicures and we left with the most DISGUSTING, TRASH looking nails I have ever seen. The women couldn’t even do straight lines. My mother and sisters nails were raggedy, lumpy and one the man told mothers that’s he did not need a fill but her nails were lifting and three weeks old. TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS TRIFLING PLACE. Also only one man spoke English. So when trying to tell the nail tech what I wanted she couldn’t understand me and kept doing unnecessary things. My family came in to get manicures and we left with the most DISGUSTING, TRASH looking nails I have ever seen. The women couldn’t even do straight lines. My mother and sisters nails were raggedy, lumpy and one the man told mothers that’s he did not need a fill but her nails were lifting and three weeks old. After my husband paid and tipped —the nail tech LINDA decided she did not want to split the tip with the other 2 nail techs. They literally screamed and argued in front of us AND our daughter. LINDA, specifically. She was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. My husband and I reiterated that the tip was to be split between the 3 of them and she yelled very closely to me “I DON’T CARE” and walked off… My husband left ANOTHER tip with the other two techs…. This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences. It is very upsetting that this unfortunate encounter took place and more so in front of our child. My husband, young daughter, and I all went for pedicures today. After my husband paid and tipped —the nail tech LINDA decided she did not want to split the tip with the other 2 nail techs. They literally screamed and argued in front of us AND our daughter. LINDA, specifically. She was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLinda gave me a pedicure today and it was great! She took her time and was very detailed! And my nails were not in the greatest of shape after no pedi’s for months, so she had a lot to do!
