Critical: QualityIf I could give no stars I would, I received a dip manicure and for one the man doing my manicure cut my cuticles down so far they bled on 4 fingers, then he proceeded to then dip my fingers in the big tub of dipping powder while they were still bleeding which is just plain disgusting. They also put gel over my dip which I did not want nor ask for. I don’t do gel as the uv light makes my nail beds feel like they are burning. Also, my dip manicure started crumbling and chipping 3 days after and at two weeks my nails looked absolutely AWFUL. If I could give no stars I would, I received a dip manicure and for one the man doing my manicure cut my cuticles down so far they bled on 4 fingers, then he proceeded to then dip my fingers in the big tub of dipping powder while they were still bleeding which is just plain disgusting. They also put gel over my dip which I did not want nor ask for. I don’t do gel as the uv light makes my nail beds feel like they are burning. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityWe were greeted upon arrival. My friend and I had booked 2 manicures in advance. Initially the manicurist asked if if i wanted my nails shortened to the shortest nail and I said no, not necessary. She ended up shortening them all to my nail bed.My cuticles were cut so short I was nicked multiple times. One time so bad it took her multiple attempts to get it to stop bleeding. My nails were never buffed. No lotion or oil offered. No requests for us to wash our hands. I accepted the sub par service and moved on to dinner.5 hours later my manicure started bubbling up and peeling off in chunks. At this time i reached out to the business asking for a refund and included photos of the damage. They initially responded right away and offered to “fix” the manicure to my liking. I responded that i did not want a re do given everything I experienced and went into detail. Now I’ve been left on read by them. Zero response so far regarding my multiple requests for a refund.Service recovery is not impressive here. Poor communication for a company. A 5 hour manicure.
