Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI have used Nailcessity for many years but recently the quality has decreased. When I went in for a Mani Pedi they did not open a sanitized bag of cuticle clippers like in other salons and then I was getting my pedicure they had scrubbed my feet with what appeared to be a cheese grater and did not sanitize after from what I saw, she just placed back in her bag. The pedicure chipped the same day on my toes. The dip manicure I had was not thick enough and began chipping at the edges within the first few days. Very disappointed.Services: Manicure, PedicureI have used Nailcessity for many years but recently the quality has decreased. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst shellac manicure I’ve ever received. Filed crooked, painted crooked, she couldn’t understand me, she argued with me over what I wanted and still didnt deliver, filed way too short after telling her to square it but leave the length. When I asked to speak with the guy who speaks fluent English, he said they look bad cuz they’re too short. Well… THEY DIDNT START THAT WAY. So now I’m going elsewhere to have it removed. I would never choose this place over the dozens of others around here. Just horrible.Service: Gel manicuresWorst shellac manicure I’ve ever received. This shop has always done my nails as I’ve expected and asked. Stephanie dies great, time length is never too long both Delux pedi and full set gel took under an 1 1/2 but the work is satisfying. I would definitely recommend

They didn’t go close enough to the nail bead. It looked grown out after the first week. The edge of the nail polish was catching on clothes etc. I can usually make it a couple of weeks before having to get another manicure. The woman seemed rushed but there were no other customers there and they still had an hour before closing.

My pedicure was great but my manicure was not at all what I wanted. I like an old school manicure and I prefer a cuticle cutter to be used. I had to ask for my nails to be soaked but there was no cuticle lotion applied and nothing added to the water. The cutter used was not the fresh out of the bag ones that most salons use now. It came out of the drawer from an opened bag. My thumb was filed crooked and the tech wouldn’t fix it. I repeatedly asked for a gel overlay on my natural nails and walked out with acrylics. Multiple times throughout my appointment I reiterated what I wanted and asked questions when the acrylic powder was brought out. The tech switch pots and told me it was gel although it was labeled acrylic. Barely a week later the acrylic is chipping and I’ll end up having to get them fixed.

Love the work that is done here. I’ve gotten dip powder done by Q and have always gotten compliments on them. He tries and gives you exactly what you ask for. Pedicures were nice and calming. I’ll keep coming back. Dip powder, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been here once before to get dip on my natural nails. I really loved this and the quality was great. However, this time I wanted to try acrylics and shellac and it was not good. Nail polish is so thick on my nails. Looks so unprofessional. Giving it 2 stars because service was quick and they were relatively polite. Wont ever get acrylics here again. I was charged $66 for my set of acrylics and shellac, and my little sisters shellac on her natural nails.Service: ManicureI’ve been here once before to get dip on my natural nails. The first time I visited I had a shellac manicure that Melissa did for me and I was extremely pleased with the results. I visited the following day and had a pedicure & my eyebrows done by Tina, who was also great! The location is clean (for the most part), I received friendly service and the prices are not too bad. They even have a punch card for frequent visitors! I’ll definitely return 🙂

A great spot to get your nails done. The owner and staff are extremely sweet and helpful. I’m an indecisive person, so I don’t joke when I say it takes me 15-20 minutes to choose my color. They trialed a few colors on my nails to let me see how it would turn out. So nice of them! They didn’t rush or anything; I could see the attention to detail that she paid to my simple gel manicure, which is awesome. Fair prices.
