Booking an appointment was easy. I requested gel-x extensions with gel color and I am beyond pleased with the results! Definitely returning!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is a joke I went there to relax and I ended up being more stressed when I left and ruined my Monday morning and Sunday evening this caused me more stress than before I came. I called to get a gel pedicure and they quoted me 65 I said I want the best gel pedicure you have Sam I guess owner told me over the phone that the price was 65$ she didn’t tell me it be over $100 when I was done she said the gel polish and the scrub were extra . She said that callus removal with the machine Was extra well I didn’t ask for that and the the technician didn’t use a machine on my heals . When I mention that to her she said oh OK that’s not what happened. but they charged me anyway . When I questioned her she said oh I told you that , that’s a bold face lie she did not as I did but ask for callus removal . When Pedicure was done I told technician my feet are very rough she looked said ok well I asked her could you use the pumice again you see my heals look untouched, she said ok . This place is subpar it’s not luxury at all it’s not that plush for the high prices . I don’t mind paying for a ““ luxury pedicure” but this was not luxury at all, this was below average , Also I wanted a paraffin dip on my hands and she put too much paraffin in the back spilled all over my dress ruined a new dress and they told me I shouldn’t of moved my arm that’s what I was told . Basically these people are con artist you’re not going to get charged the price they quoted you and then they lie about it when you question it they just have excuses lies tried to convince me that none of this happened , horrible experience there . Not very ethical business owners. would never recommend this place and they claim I got services that I did ask for horrible place on a scale from 1 to 10 I give it 1 bad Customer service you can’t believe their price menu on their website the ladies in there really don’t know the prices they always have to call the boss Sam or whoever before they charge you because they’re making prices as they go . Case and point don’t waste your time or money . FYI I called and told Sam about my experience and it took me half the morning to fight for my refund full of lies blaming me and excuses for my bad experience .
