It’s been a wait since I got my nails done. I decided to give them a try. The people are friendly but only a few of them know how to do certain designs. I wanted ombre blue but it did not look how the picture looked. I will admit she did try her best. And unfortunately I am not the type of person who will complain. I felt bad because she was happy with her work. My niece liked it but it was not what I expected. If I go back I will pick Jessica.

I really wanted to love this place. I had a gel manicure, regular pedicure, my eyebrows waxed, and my lip waxed. I’ll start with the positive, the waxing for both my eyebrow and lip were well done. For $12 and $8 it’s a steal if you’re looking for a basic clean up no shaping or anything. The pedicure was alright, water was extremely cold. The seat wasn’t adjusted to my height so it did hurt my back a bit to have to scoot forward. If you get a regular pedicure, know that your calluses are not going to be buffed down. Moving on to the worst part of my experience, the manicure. Little was done to clean up cuticles, the “gel” process was not done correctly. I’ve done gel enough at other places to know how it should be done, my nails did not cure correctly. My hands never were submerged under water or anything that could have caused my nails to chip prior to two weeks. Therefore it chipped within less than 12 hours from being done. It’s super disappointing since I never invest in myself. As a single mom this is a lot of money lose out on only for my nail to chip so soon.

Ive had the best and equally the worst manicures here. I knew the older woman would ruin a simple French manicure, and she did. What was worst is the French was so uneven, polish lumpy. She knew she couldn’t do it, and instead of her seeing it was a mess- I had to ask for someone else to fix it. And it was still uneven . If you can get the right person, great. But not worth paying for inconsistent service . This will be my last time here .

I don’t recommend goin here they don’t know how to do your nails!! If they don’t know you specially Jessica she will treat you very bad if you don’t like it she don’t care don’t like her attitude at all she should learn how to treat her clients better I didn’t like my nails at all and she gets mad when I let her know I didn’t like it the nail were in bad shape and she do it very fast and didn’t paint the nails well and I let her know I didn’t like it and she gets mad!! DONT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!

I’ve gone to a few salons in Quincy but this is by far my favorite! I’ve had Jessica, Thanh, and Emma do my acrylics but they are all so nice and welcoming. I got a hot stone massage with my French pedicure and I love my nails. I’ve never had to wait, they are really good when it comes to scheduling and appointments. I definitely would not recommend. I had the worst experience and it just became awful in the end. First I called to ask if they did gel-x. The owner Jessica said they did which was not true. I let that slide only because she showed me her Instagram ensuring they could do the design I asked for. That was also a lie and she had a technician who had no idea what to do. She insisted that she could fix my nails and that was also a huge disappointment. She would not listen to what I had asked for and instead ended up placing a butterfly sticker on my nail as if I was a child. I knew they were bad specifically because she did not bother even taking a picture of my nails .I left without trying to make a scene and called to ask to have my nails removed the next day. She told me they where busy and had no time until 6 pm to take off my nails. I walked in the next day at 12pm and she had no one who she was working with. She automatically has the same technician who messed up my nails come back to work on them. In the end I still have nail acrylic on my bare nails and have to find somewhere else to do my nails. I got my money back but it does not make up for the the way it was handled. Jessica is unprofessional and the fact that she did not take accountability to at least take my nails off shows it. She only does designs she can come up with or she uses a sticker . I will not be returning and would recommend everyone to save their money and go elsewhere.
