I have been going to this nail salon for more than 9 months continuously every month for touch ups on my nails. At first, I was getting gel on both my toes and hands. Then, Hannah recommended I get nexgen. I was a little hesitant because my nail beds are so small. She insisted I would love it and be back to the salon less. I was very happy except for the fact that a real manicure (ie. Trim, cuticle trim, file, hand massage) wasn’t preformed. Prices have increased to 45 and 40 for both and I always like to tip 25%. Normally I would leave a nice review or not one at all…until yesterday.

I usually don’t complain but I went for a soak off and when I left, there was still acrylic from my last set on almost all my nails. She also peeled the acrylic off the nail which I could’ve done myself and is not good at all for the nail. She also used the drill at an angle even tho it was a flat end and now I have indents in my nail which hurt if it gets pressed on. I’m not a nail tech but I have never had a soak off like this. would not recommend coming here

Staff is extremely friendly and environment is clean. Nina (the owner) left my nails looking gorgeous, she does them according to my actual nail size and doesn’t hurt my cuticles with the drill. They have a wide variety of color selection and can do nearly any design you ask them to. Hung did my toes and was really nice, he didn’t scrub too hard and painted them perfectly.

It was my first time coming to this nail salon and it was the worst customer service i have ever experienced, I personally work in a salon business and we have never once disrespected a customer but this place went above and beyond to not make things right when i was double charged and unhappy with my services, I am not one to complain or write bad reviews but this place was simply HORRIFIC ! The owner yelled at me and did not take my concerns into consideration at all SO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish there was an options to give 0 stars.
