this was my first time at NaiLAX and it won’t be my last! I just got a full set (Vivian) with custom design and a classic gel pedicure (Quinn) and had the BEST experience. I was seated immediately and the front desk staff was so friendly and attentive during my entire servicing. Both of my technicians worked efficiently without forsaking the quality of their work. Vivian was especially kind and patient in working with me to get the design i wanted as closely as possible which I extremely appreciated! The prices were phenomenal and you’re even offered a complimentary beverage which was nice! They have an extensive selection of colors and services.

I come here regularly. Michelle and Tim are two of the better technicians because not all are created equal. The front desk staff, Jenny and Naomi are always great and courteous. I am in town for business and I managed to break off 2 nails. I walked in with no appointment and they managed to work me in. Heidi did an amazing job! Everyone’s sweet here. It’s a nice looking shop, and quiet. There’s comfy chairs for the pedis. Hannah did my toes and she was gentle handed and sweet. The shape of the nail was lovely and the polish job came out very neat and clean. Everything was sanitary. I’ve been searching for a nice pedi place, alot are dirty and don’t separate their tools properly, nor sanitize, and the gel is sloppy. I don’t want a bacterial or fungal infection on my nail beds. It’s worth the extra money to go somewhere like here.

The place is clean and they don’t rush to get you out. I got dip powder and it came out great. My only complaint would be that the nail techs can be a little too rough around the cuticles which gave me cuts. Price is worth it because they use good products!

Nice aesthetic, maybe some improvement on doing nails. My nails weren’t evened out correctly, my toe nails weren’t cut straight (i had to fix it at home) and i usually get an ingrown nail and they didn’t even touch it. For the price, i expect a lot more
