Would have been a good experience but they tried to slick me. I was charged for a full set when all I got was a overlay in my natural nails! Then the guy said that rang me out charged me for a pedicure I did not get! When I told the owner I didn’t receive that one she asked the lady that did my pedicure like I had a reason to lie. They should really watch out for him because he seems so be a liar and if he will steal $5 he will steal more. The man that did my overlay was ok but his energy could be much better. Now for the lady that did my pedicure she was very nice and I would return just because she was a sweet soul and she did a great pedicure. Here’s my advice. Ask for your itemized receipt! That’s how you will know what they are really charging you. They also do not have posted prices which means they can tell anybody anything which is a terrible business practice. I’m from Chicago and I don’t know how they do things in Nevada but I would rather support people that business in a honest fashion. Tip:ask the prices up front they know what they are doing

I went in for a gel polish change as a walk-in 30 minutes before they closed. I called asking if they would accept me before I showed up and they said they would. The person I got was very nice and very friendly. Unfortunately she was rushing. She rushed through the nail polish so fast she had to fix my thumb because it did not dry properly. Upon inspecting my nails after leaving there were air bubbles and another nail didn’t properly dry. Plus I went in to repair a nail. She didn’t do anything. She just painted over it. She didn’t charge me for the repair but she didn’t fix the nail either. Never going back again.

Last Monday was my first time entering this salon and boy do I wish I would have came here sooner . I’m a Henderson native. Been to most of the Henderson location nail shops and have never had the kind of expierence i did here . First the wait was minimal even tho all the techs were working. Then they set me up and allowed me to soak in the water a while and relax with my message and then the rest of the magic began. Unlike every other salon you sit down they begin immediately and don’t allow you to soak and its like they don’t even take care of the problem, there just handling the surface . Nope not here . I’m very cheap and did the simple package 25$ and got a French tip + $5 thats a great price to me . She took care of my cuticle’s like no one ever has before, she made sure it was all taken care of and i know my cuticles get very bad . I’m just beyond pleased and satisfied with the service I received at Nailland . As long as i live in Henderson/Las Vegas . I will be coming here from now on . I’m a faithful happy customer . Hope this review helps !
