I’ve been going here for a few months now, I’ve never had an issue and I am quite picky when it comes to my nails. My nails always come out great. I was there when one woman began to make a scene as her pedicure wasn’t to her standards. The owner was super attentive and tried to resolve the issue offering to stop what she was doing and rectify the issue. I love going here and will continue to. The prices are fair as well, compared to other salons in the area that don’t do half a good a job as they do.

First off the water was cold. The gentleman that did my pedi did not know what he was doing, he spilled the whole bottle of nail polish, my nails looked horrible I complained and nothing was done all they said was sorry and still charged me, never again, also owner was there and she never even looked at me never said a word, by far the worse service I have ever received, so unprofessional, if I could give zero stars I would. Never in my 47 years of life. Have I given a review to any company but I could not let this one go with out it

If I could give this place a .5 I would. I was highly disappointed in the service at this salon. The parking is terrible, the young gentleman on my feet did not know how to do the job so another guy who already had a client had to stop several times to assist him. They forgot to take the dead skin off of my toenails. It was just very u professional and prior to going there they gave me the wrong price so I paid more than expected. Very disappointing.

used to be my go to salon! *please read before going* they are extremely nice people , but they don’t care about there customers they’ve very money drove. they have left my nails with black running cause they put the top on and when i came back two days later they charged me. then this women i went with to get my nails done got her eyebrows done they dropped a glob of wax in her eyelash extensions & still made her pay for the service i stopped going here and now go to maraboo beauty lounge and will never go back!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am visiting from maine and was trying to find a good place near where I am staying and I called this salon after trying all other salons and they was so helpful and welcoming. This salon has exceeded all my expectations. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Sarah did a great job on my nails. I know from my own experience that I would like to go into a salon and show them what I want and get exactly what I wanted plus more . It also felt great to relax and know that u don’t have to worry about the outcome because it will be better then you pictured. I DEFINITELY will be going here when I am in town. I am visiting from maine and was trying to find a good place near where I am staying and I called this salon after trying all other salons and they was so helpful and welcoming. This salon has exceeded all my expectations. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Sarah did a great job on my nails.
