The lady that did my nails did it very sloppy. Most of the nails were uneven, one chipped the next day. 6 days after all of them are coming off. Gel supposed to last 2-3 weeks. Not even going to mention my toes.

Clean salon although some of the furniture is worn out. I had SNS redone. One nail separated within a week, but Diane fixed it at no cost. Photo is one week out. The index finger was redone.

So I gave 2 stars because they are friendly and the place is clean but the pedicure was a waste of money. The “massage” was them lightly putting the sugar rub on and rinsing it then putting lotion on. I got my daughters fingernails and toenails painted and not even 30 min later the Shilac (supposed to be better so it’s more expensive) started peeling off without her even playing with her nails. If you like a basic pedicure but want to pay for what an expensive one would cost then this is your plac . I wont be going back there.

I have been coming here since my freshman year (senior now)& I have never EVER been disappointed by any of the ladies here. They are all so nice & polite. I have never encountered them being rude to anyone even when a costumer is rude to them. They have soooo many different colors to choose from & just got a new stand of amazing NEW colors. At first glance the place is not that cute but their costumer service is WAY better than other beautiful nail salons i have been to in Auburn. Also I find it astonishing that in the 4 years ive been here ive never had a broken nail. They are cheap ($21 full set, $15 fill) but the quality is expensive hunny & momma likes to look expensive ♀️

Very dirty facility and the worker’s kid was running all around, jumping on the man doing the pedicure. The pedicure was done well, but the lack of cleanliness was bad enough for me to decide not to return.
