Critical: QualityI have used nail zone 5 times 3 pedicures,1 full acrylic nail set & 1 fill. Two pedi’s were fantastic and done by Jenny. One pedi done by husband and he didn’t take his time I was done in less than 25 minutes and he charged me $3 extra to take off Gel polish and I had to upgrade from the basic to the next level because I wanted him to take callus off my heels. Full set of nails was good then I went back for a fill and she the owner didn’t even put the acrylic all over my nails they still looked like I didn’t have them filled see pics below. She applied one clear coat and said she was done and I asked her for two clear coats and she wanted to charge me $5 for another coat I said no way you should do two anyway she refused since I said I wouldn’t give her $5 more. As you can see 3 nails cracked and my little finger nail broke completely off and it has only been 2 days since she so called filled them. When I had made an Appointment I arrived 20 minutes early and she told me I had to wait until my scheduled time and she was just sitting there and no one waiting. This place will nickel and dime you and the work isn’t good as you can see. I had to put super glue on the broken nails and file them down until I can get an appointment somewhere else. Bora is phenomenal. I’ve always searched for someone who is tedious and wants to do things correct the first time. She took her time with my pedicure and actually worked on my feet / legs when massaging. My gel manicure was flawless and last two weeks and could of lasted more if I wasn’t so consistent in coming. Truly enjoyed my services by her and will continue to book with her. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer at this nail salon for over three years now and never have I had bad service, bad nail job, bad price, or bad company. I just love Tiffany and Tom.They are so careful about your nail health and being clean. I’ve been to other places and this one is top notch!!! They are very respectful and take you even with no appointment. They are great. I will continue to be their customer!! Their prices are great too. I have never gotten a fungus in this salon either.

I went & got pedi about 3 or 4 wks ago & It was amazing & my toes still look GREAT! I went yesterday an got a French manicure an it looks so AWESOME I will never put acrylic on my nails again! My nails look so good! I’m so happy w/ them that I will always go there! Tiffany did them & I definitely recommend going there 4 anything w/ Ur fingernails & toenails
