The work they do is amazing. But the owener did my nails i got gel nails with chrome and the gel was going over my cuticles. She kept making excuses and while another nail texh was doing my pedicure ( found out it was her daughter) she saw my nails and fixed them with no questions. The work is amazibg and i will be going back. She also took her time doing my feet and all i purchased was the basic pedicure which was $25. This was the best $90 ive spent at a nail salon.

Critical: ProfessionalismDefinitely not the experience I was looking for!! The lady just had a nasty attitude, I feel as if she just rushed through my nails to get it done and over with! Then right before she paints my nails she stops dead in her tracks and says you wanna pay first, like I didn’t have the money to pay for my nails! I said yes that’s fine and she basically screams at me FORTY THREE DOLLARS! And I’m just like umm ok! With the way my nails look I DEFINITELY SHOULD HAVE NOT PAID $43 so needless to say I learned my lesson and will NOT be going back to them anymore!Definitely not the experience I was looking for!! I always go to Ben to get my nails done. He always does the best job! Everyone is kind there and the prices are great which is even better! Highly recommend!

They do great eyebrows and I love their prices. I am a regular of the 15 St. location, but that location was bought out. I’ve been going to this location since, and I never leave satisfied. I get gel nails, pedicure with regular polish, and eyebrows. All the ladies do great eyebrows and the nails are okay… but it’s always something with my toe polish. My toes always look uneven and different shapes, and polish is always missing in areas. The pedicures aren’t worth it. I guess you get what you pay for. (FYI: $23 for pedicures with regular polish)
