I went in to get a full set and they charged me $55 after I called and asked for prices. I was told they would be $38 before tax. They did not listen to what I wanted and gave me very short, rounded nails. I wanted long, square nails. She told me to come back the next day so she could fix them free of charge so I did. I went back and she fixed them, added a design, and then we went to check out. I tipped her a second time because it is rude if not, and then she asked how I was paying. I asked her how much it was and she told me she would normally charge $65 but it’s $45 for me today. I told her she told me it should be free because she told me that the day before and she yelled in my face and told me no I had to pay. I told my mom who then called and had a screaming match with a man on the phone and he then said he doesn’t care and hung up! Worst experience of my life and now I am down over $120!!!!! I will never be visiting this salon again!

Station was not very well sanitized or clean. It felt gritty when I sat down. There was old residue still at/on the station. The staff is friendly and does know how to do nails. I prefer a clean nail spa. Dip powder

I have been going here for over 3 years. Manager has always been unpleasant but the techs are so sweet that’s why I tend to go back. My final straw I came in early because I knew it would be busy because of the new year. I get there 4 ladies are in front of me. I sign in for a Pedi and soon after 3 other ladies sign in AFTER ME. Only 1 tech the manager is there. Soon after 3 other techs arrive and helped. The manager without looking on the sign in calls the 3 ladies that came in After me to the back for their pedis, when i look up she looks at me with an attitude as if i did something and said “oh you can go back there to.” My problem is this is not the first time. I go sit down and was told oh the manager said they came in first. If you look at the sign in and verified I was here first. Why would I ,1 person, sit and wait for the only pedi tech to complete 3 other women pedi before I get mine done especially knowing I was there first? I have been overlooked more than once by this lady. Never made a scene or acted out. Glad to see there’s no customer value.

I went there 2 days ago before I went in I called and made sure how much it was for a basic manicure and mentioned I had previous acrylics on and he said “okay it will be $14 plus tax” so I made an appointment and went there on time. I walked in and no one greeted me or anything I had to go to where they were sitting and say I had an appointment, the daughter of the owner said “go and sign in” so I did as she asked. For about 5 minutes I waited for them to sit me down and they kept on speaking Vietnamese to each other. After waiting so long they finally sat me down and he started to soak off my nails. As soon as he’s customers came he moved me to a different station and assigned a hairstylist American girl to do my nails. She seemed like she didn’t know what to do but acted it cool. She started doing my nails and for a normal manicure you go by steps of hot water, softening gel and Buffy and filing the nails but she only did that on my left hand and forgot to do it on right. I just ignored it because I didn’t want to be rude. After she finished polishing my nails, it was time for my check out and she asked how much it was suppose to be to her owner. And the owner said $22 dollars, I was like didn’t you guys say it’s $14 dollars plus tax before I came and she kept on saying “oh no you had a soak off” which they never mentioned to me that they charged for that even though they knew I had previous acrylics. The owner was super rude and didn’t care what I was saying to her. This was the most horrible nail experience I had. After two days my nails started peeling off and it looked like I did it at home or something. Don’t ever go here. Customer service sucks and they don’t mention how much they charge until they’re done with the whole thing and raise the prices according to their head.

SHORT NAIL GIRLS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! My best friend and I had manicures done here and it was TERRIBLE. To start off we waited 30 minutes for our manicures then our cuticles weren’t even trimmed, they refused to file our nails, and even made comments about how short we kept our nails. They painted our nails with such a thin coat you could see our natural nails still! When we asked for more, they told us it was useless because we have short nails. We have never felt so terrible!! We IMMEDIATELY had to go to Sallie’s to get acetone to get the polish off because it just looks terrible! There’s paint all over our fingers! Absolutely will not be coming back!

I enjoyed my pedicure but my during the manicure the male tech was rough with my hands because I couldn’t relax them, which made the experience every uncomfortable and he put put too much layers of gel on my nails too. I was tired and just ready to leave after all that. I paid, tipped, and left unhappy. It was way to expensive for a Mani/pedi I didn’t like! I won’t go back. Luckily, it was only my second time there.

Got to this Salon at 7:00 P.M. Sign says that the close at 7:30, I was excited because I have a nail 911, only to be disappointed, the lady looked me up and down and said we take our last one at 7. Then the sign on the door should say close at 7. Gave this salon 1 star because they apparently do not honor their own closing time and disappointed a potential new Customer. Will never return!

Had a younger, bitter man with fluffy hair do the worst nails. Thick, uneven acrylic nails. Uneven polish. Bubbles in my nails. Edges sloppy. Asked for gel he made acrylic. Said coffin he did square. Said shorter he said NO. I couldnt make this up if I tried. The tech told me he didn’t like me and tried to play it off as if he was kidding around. I showed a picture of what I wanted and after showing him 2 colors(both periwinkle shades) I decided on one only for him to put it on, cure under light and turn to a total different color, (light pink)then tell me its mood changing polish which I never told him I wanted I showed him the color in a photo and in 2 samples. Moron.Then he got mad and threw a fit and got another woman to help fix the nails. No customer service. She couldnt be bothered to listen to how he treated me from the start so none of them are worth your time and $ simply put. I endured this for you all to see and hopefully avoid these unskilled scam artists
