This was my first time visiting this salon. The salon is attractive and clean. I got a gel polish and they had a great selection of colors. The nail tech I had did a great job. She was quick but very good. The prices were reasonable. I appreciate that they are open on Sundays as I don’t often have time during the week to get my nails done. I’ll definitely be coming back to try a pedicure as well as my regular gel polish.

I went in on a Sunday at 4 o’clock with my daughter and it was my first time in Nail Xpo. They were very nice and understanding to what my daughter and I wanted. The nail technician I had let me know that she had never done my design but she would do her best and when I say it looked JUST LIKE THE PICTURE! I will be back with my daughter from now on! Probably for a princess pedicure!

Their ability to do nail art is minimal at best. Every time I go for the same thing I am charged something different. No prices posted anywhere. My top coat was still sticky. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons but this one is the best. Check in is super easy and Mimi is the fastest nail tech I’ve ever had! She always has me in and out in 45 mins or less for a fill in. And they can do all sorts of creative stuff here. I cannot recommend Nail Xpo enough!!

I scheduled an appointment for myself to have an acrylic nail removal and pedicure/gel removal and my husband a pedicure. After arriving and standing at the front desk for about 2 minutes our existence was finally acknowledged once the gentleman was done playing on his cell phone. My husband said his pedicure was “mid” at best (& that’s being generous). After being cut on many of my nails during my acrylic nail removal process, I guess I cannot complain too much because my nails did end up being removed. We will not be back at all.
