It’s unfortunate when a customer knows more than the professionals. Dipping should never be down close to cuticles! As a result once the nail grows it lifts and cracks. Not to mention try washing your hair- absolute nightmare!! I specifically told the technician 3 times not to do this, however he gave an excuse “all technicians are different and have a different process – don’t worry your nails will last for weeks”. Clearly its been about a week and half and they look horrible and will need to be redone. Schedule your appointment and go to Art Nails next door – they clearly know what they are doing.

Horrible experience! She was literally cutting my cuticles and making me bleed as she went. I told her several times she was doing it and she ignored me. My fingers ached for days afterwards. My fiance and I both got a manicure/pedicure and then she got her nails done. The lady who did her nails is the owner or one of the owners and she did a really good job. Great attention to detail. The lady that did my manicure and pedicure did a really good job also. She actually cared about what she was doing.

Simple and polished. I got a Mani pedi and happened to get the owner. He’s really amazing and the entire experience was very pleasant. Everytime I get my nails done people try to force their sales on me. He didn’t.

Highly recommend. Prices aren’t to bad for acrylic sheliac and gel for $38. The staff here are very nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable. The only down fall is if your not with a friend or someone with you and you expect to have any type of conversation it’s not going to happen. If it’s about your nails maybe.
