Critical: Qualityi’m not sure of her name, but the lady who did my nails did a horrible job. i have nails sticking up, crooked, and very poorly shaped. the gel polish was also not cured fully and kept peeling off, i had to fully repaint one myself. the entire time i was there she didn’t speak to me at all, she talked on the phone the WHOLE time, which typically wouldn’t bother me, but she didn’t ask shape, length, anything. i handed her the polish and she did whatever. my friend who went with my got her nails done by a different girl and hers turned out amazing. so it just depends on who does them. When I went in the next day they made me wait 40 minutes while they took other walk ins ahead of me, then painted the 2 nails a totally different color despite me telling her what color it was. I hadn’t natural nails painted with gel polish and the same day the polish started peeling off of 2 of my nails. When I went in the next day they made me wait 40 minutes while they took other walk ins ahead of me, then painted the 2 nails a totally different color despite me telling her what color it was. My daughter and I went in there to get a Gel polish change. That is it and they charged us for a manicure and pedicure that we never got!!! She lied about giving us those services to make the money! They are scam artist!! I would not recommend at all!!

Avoid this nail salon! I received an absolutely terrible gel manicure and pedicure and paid top dollar. The gel polish only lasted a few days before it began chipping and peeling. When contacted to correct, I was informed that they only guarantee gel polish for 1 day. That’s absurd and never have I had that experience elsewhere. The light burnt my nails and I question if it was applied correctly or the products used were of good quality. Tiffany, the manager, blamed me for having oily nails and using my nails too much. Not the case, gel polish should last a minimum of 2 weeks!

Wanna Waste $80??? Come here!!! It’s been 7 days since going here and two of my acrylics have already came off. Do not let the men there do your nails! He was especially rude while i tried to clarify what i wanted and made me BLEED. Just way overpriced for the terrible job done. Acrylic nails

We had an appointment but still sat waiting 30-40 minutes but that wasn’t the worst part, the worst part was barely warm water and then she cut my daughter with the cheese grater thing and then took a hard file and sliced open the side of her toe even further, at that point she said ohh no and shoved her foot back into the water so it started stinging. She now has a band aid on her toe and will never be back. If you value your toes stay away from this place !!! Horrible service !!!!!
