They only get 1 star for the only STAR that works there which is Amy. Amy is ALWAYS professional and does great work.The owner of the store is consistently unprofessional. The owner let multiple people go in front of me after I had been waiting because I was only getting one service today. She yelled that, “I should not complain, and that Amy was not in charge…she was in charge.” I also overheard an African American woman ask to use the bathroom and the owner told her no and to go home and use her bathroom…. then minutes later let a woman appearing to be Dominican use the bathroom. How long are we going to let business owners disrespect their consumers? I will never go back or spend another dime here…what is unfortunate is they still will get money from a community they consistently disrespect in their language and English.

I went to get a plain full set done on a Sunday because the signs says that they close at 5:30pm on Sunday’s, I was there at 4:30pm and was told they’d charge me extra because they close, but it wasn’t even 5pm or 5:30pm. The younger guy was very rude!! The older owner was very rude as well!!

Do not waste your time. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve been doing my nails for years and I have been to many different nail salons. They don’t know what they’re doing. Terrible service…… the guy used only one coat of polish among a lot of other faults I pointed out like ill-shaped nail. When I complained it was met with criticism. So it’s a no for me.
