People that choose to come here from other country’s need to understand customer service and how rude and dangerous it is to talk across people in another language while their being paid in full to provide a service. Close your mouth and focus on completing the task you are being paid to do and respect the person paying. Simple.

The staff here was nice and personable. I was pleased to see all staff wearing masks Donna was my manicurist and she was very clean. She sanitized everything before and after use and thy had a sanitizer in the rear of the shop. Plenty of paper towels and soap AND a jumbo hand sanitizer up front. I also met Kathy, Tee, Andy, Cliff and Tony. I got a full set of solar nails and a well overdue manicure. I would definitely return again. I wish they had dip/S&S.

Critical: QualityInitially went here to get gel nails and they overcharged me by telling me one price in the beginning and coming out with another. Came back to get those same nails taken off and they ruined my natural nails. Gave them two chances. Would not recommend going here. Ive been here once before n it was ok. This time it was much better. They all worked together to get what I wanted done. Not sure if I will b going back tho. Just for a over lay with gel polish on my hands was almost $60.00. Thats not counting my pedi that cost $55.00. So again I not sure if I will b going back.

I felt that she rushed through my manicure (I basically threw $15 away for something I could have done for myself at home). My pedicure was also mediocre, and she lotioned my feet AFTER painting them, which made the experience very lackluster because she had to avoid the polish the entire time (she did the same thing with my hands — weird).
