The guy that did my pedicure amazing. My manicure looks awful. The clear coat passes my cuticles and runs on to the finger. My cuticles are red, abraded, and sore. I Will not go back again. Manicurist was Not very friendly. She was on social media and talking to other people in the room. I’m afraid to go back and ask to have my manicure corrected because of how bad my experience has been so far.

The care that Andy took to do my nails with precision is the way everyone in every profession should do their job. My nails are beautiful. They are so clean, professional, and very nice! I’ve been to so many other salons in Vestavia and they all pale in comparison to this one. I won’t go anywhere else.Edited to add: Jon is also awesome! However, stay away from Tina. I have found my new salon. This place is amazing! The care that Andy took to do my nails with precision is the way everyone in every profession should do their job. My nails are beautiful. They are so clean, professional, and very nice! I’ve been to so many other salons in Vestavia and they all pale in comparison to this one. I won’t go anywhere else.

I should’ve listened to the reviews here. Honestly the worst mani pedi experience I’ve ever had. They rushed me to pickout a color. They did not listen to what I was asking for or didn’t understand. The lady who did my pedicure was nice. “Rose” has an attitude problem. My manicure with her: She put the nails on crooked, got an attitude when I told her what I wanted, gets her phone to start texting and made a PHONE CALL with the speaker on while doing my nails, then started watching videos on her phone while working on me. But they sure will take your money! I will not be returning.

I recently went to this shop for a full set. It was a Sunday so they closed at 6, but me and a friend of mine were there at 5. They were short-staffed (which is fine, we didn’t mind waiting a bit) since most of the other employees went home under the assumption that the day would remain very slow. My complaint first arises from the fact that I was rushed by an employee to pick out a color. I was asked 5 times in a 5 minute time-span if I had found something and was ready. I finally sat down and was being serviced by the lady who rushed me. After she glued on the tips she made me move to another chair and wait 10 minutes while she started on someone else’s full set. I think she wanted to divide up the work, but it did not make sense to do so because I was already being serviced. My third and final complaint is that she was overly aggressive with my nails. The drill tools she used cut into my cuticles, causing nearly all of the fingers on my right hand to bleed. She kept having to pour some sort of powder on them to reduce blood flow. My hands were hurting so terribly bad during the service and up until a couple of days after. I couldn’t even wash them without them stinging. The only reason this is two stars instead of one is because I actually do like the way the nails turned out. I’m going to see if I can add photos of the dried blood in my cuticles later today.

Top professionalism and great attention to detail. I have been coming to Nail World 3 for the past two years and am exceedingly happy each visit. Thank you for a terrific staff and genuine smiles. Beautiful inside, they had a cute puppy, and my fill in for acrylics was $25 w/o a tip included. Only thing I have to say is I waited very long for my receipt and turns out that they’re card machine wasn’t working.. it’s okay though because they just took my card number down. (: nails looked great too!
