The staff at Nail World is experienced, very friendly and professional. My wife and I tried a few salons when we first moved to the area. This is one of our favorites. The location is also very convenient – Wegmans, Lowes and Home Goods are in the same plaza.

No matter who is doing your nails, they are all incredibly nice and welcoming. They always remember my name and surprisingly things I have told them from past appointments. Critical: QualityI got got dip powder on my nails and the worker put the clear gel polish on top. My nails aren’t even a week old and the clear gel top coat has peeled off on every nail. I’m pretty upset. Dip isn’t cheap and my nails are not looking pretty.

Trying all of the nail spas out on Transit and this one is just average for typical stand alone nail salon. What’s unique? Cash only but they do have an ATM machine inside shop. They charge an extra $1 for your own nail file and buffer each time unless you bring your ziplock bag back. I have never seen this before. $15 for manicure and $33 for pedicure. Price seems high for what you get.

Went in yesterday for a gel manicure, today not even 24 hours later my manicure is chipped on 2 fingers and one completely peeled off. Really disappointing as the staff was very nice.
