So I gave 2 starts because the person next to me doing nails was really nice but the person who did my nails not so much. There is specks and bubbles all in the gel polish, I asked for a sparkly nail on each ring finger 3 times in the beginning and he even said okay but then he finished the solid color and went to leave so I asked again to do a sparkly nail and he seemed aggravated by this. He also did not do a top coat on the sparkly nails so I had to go home and do it my self. I also asked for coffin nails and he pretty much gave me square and then charged an extra $5 for “shaping”. I will probably file this polish off and redo it myself so it looks better because these nails are for vacation, but this is why I usually just do it my self at home unfortunately I just didn’t have the time this week.

I have gone to this place several times for prom nails, and all of those times I have left the place with a huge smile I could not wipe off my face. I get super bad anxiety when getting my nails done just because I can be super indecisive, but the nail techs were super understanding and kind and made sure I loved what I got from them. I am so proud of my nails and cannot wait to show them to my friends at school!!

I got a full set of acrylics done a few days ago (at a different salon- I live in Wisconsin) but am traveling in the area and was looking for a place to get one acrylic nail replaced that had broken off. I searched “nearby nails” and called to see if they would be able to fix it- they were so kind and let me know I could come in right away. I showed Hannah my nails and she did an amazing job making sure the new nail matched to my other acrylics! She was also very friendly and made the experience fun. She knows a lot of clients by name and I will definitely be stopping again the next time I am in the area!

I have used this salon twice now and they have struggled with the designs I asked for both times. Both times, I have just left with a solid color on my nails. I asked for a dip manicure both times and paid $45 for this. They never cut my cuticles or give an arm massage. The last nail tech I had made a few of my fingers bleed and I don’t think she actually finished with my nails. Some of them aren’t shiny. Everyone there is nice – the front desk woman is sweet and I got offered water the first time I went. But I don’t think it is worth it for the quality of service.

Everyone was very nice and helpful, got me water, etc. but when it comes to nails, I got ripped off. My nails weren’t near as long as I wanted them.. he filed them so short and then they were all different lengths, not straight, bulky in many areas, and just overall not very well done. But somehow I walked out of there having paid nearly $100 for a single color acrylic set… I have never paid so much for nails in my life and they were also probably the worst quality I’ve had too. If you want to break the bank for mediocre nails, go to nail works.

This place is amazing. My sister and I walked in to get her nail fixed and I enjoyed the atmosphere so much I ended up getting mine painted. They had her nails fixed painted and mine painted in less than 30 min great staff!

I’ve been coming here for 1.5 years. They’re so sweet, clean, and always do a great job on my dip nails. A lot of the workers are family members and it’s really cute. Definitely a Chattanooga staple.
