I came to get my nails done here and I tried to pay with Apple Pay as I didn’t have my card on me. I asked if they had Apple Pay before I got my nails done and they said yes but when I went to pay after getting my nails done they said they only took card. I asked them to let me go next door to get cash and the man working there was extremely rude and was making very offensive comments and called himself yelling at me. A nice customer allowed me to cashapp her while she paid with her card which I will never forget the kind gesture! However, the man was very rude and nasty although he told me they had Apple Pay before I got my nails done and then waited until after to tell me they only took card. I went through all of this just for my nail to break a day later and my pedicure could have been better. I would rather go to a place where they don’t give me false information and then try to accuse me is stealing a service. The lady working there tried to be nice after I paid and tried to make conversation but I am never coming back. There are better places to get your nails done with better customer service.

2020 UPDATE: My most recent visit was middle of the day on a Saturday. There was only a brief wait (about 5 min) and the techs were professional and courteous as always. However, this time my acrylic overlays were subpar along with the polish job. Not the worst I’ve ever had, but far from the best. In a pinch, I would return to them, but this may not be the place to go if you’re used to precise, detail-oriented nail work.

This location’s cleanliness is lacking. Nail polish on the walls, finger prints on any clear surface and mirror. They also didn’t put a protective bag in the foot bath and the trays they brought their tools on were rusted. The massage chair’s leather is cracked on the seats and sides. Unfortunately I received the worst pedicure here. In total it lasted for 19 minutes, massage was skipped, and I don’t feel that my dead skin and cuticles were taken care of properly. The staff made no effort to talk to my sister and I and when I tried to start small talk I was ignored. Skip this nail salon. ):

They were very rude, don’t speak any English except one person. I asked for gel, they gave me acrylic and said it would cost me another $30 to change it!!! And they didn’t fill in the entire nail bed!!Never going back. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
