I arrived & there was only 1 person working. I waited 35 mins to get powder. I left in almost literal tears of how upset i was bc my nails are lumpy & crooked. The gel wasn’t dry before i was already checked out, i told him the gel was sticky he gave me aceton & cotton. Paid $47 to come home & immediately soak them off. The older gentleman was so nice but i won’t come back due to the quality of the job. It felt super rushed.

Critical: QualityI’ve been going here for the last 5 years but it seems like the quality has diminished. Don’t get me wrong, they are awesome people but now every time I get my nails done they are always crooked and they lift or chip within a week. This last time one chipped as soon as I left and another less than 2 days later. I didn’t bother calling because I decided that I would just find another salon with better quality. Also, the fact that I can make it clear multiple times that I want gel powder and they will STILL try to use acrylic as if you don’t know the difference. Like they’re trying to get over on you and still charge you for gel and act like they forgot when you call them out on it. I get the exact same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME and they would do this EVERY SINGLE TIME until they figured I had caught on to it. I would rather just take my business elsewhere. Came in to get a refill on a set of nails I had gotten from somewhere else and Kevin was absolutely wonderful! He took the old, bulky set off and replaced them with a much nicer, lightweight set. For no extra charge! Kevin was fast and knowledgeable about what he was doing and didn’t just care about slapping something on me to get me out the door. I will definitely be going back to see Kevin and his crew! You guys did an awesome job! Thank you for caring about your customers!

First time coming here because I received a gift card . They seemed nice . The lady doing my pedicure didn’t really say much but seemed to be doing a good job . I was happy with the French pedicure until the next day it already started to peel off two toes then the rest came off the next day. I normally can get a french pedicure and it will last at least 2 week. I couldn’t go back because we left for vacation. So glad I just had to pay $5 dollars and then of course a tip. I would of been upset if I had paid $40 for it to just last one day. My daughter got hers done the exact same day at another salon that had kids chairs and it last throughout our week vacation.

Went in on Sunday to get my nails done (my only day off). They accepted me within seconds with a smile. Me not knowing that they were about to close in a minute. They closed the store with me in the salon getting my nails done. It was so peaceful. The lady took her time and talked to me About everything. My nails ended up looking prefect, after 40 min in the closed store. Will be coming back to this one!
