I was the only customer, which meant no wait.Beautiful job on my toes. This was the first nail technician who took the time to tell me my big toe had a nail fungus. She even explained to me what I could try to help it go away. For so many years techs told me it was just a discoloration that would grow out.I brought my only polish. I have found my go to place place for pedis.Just a FYI, since I visited on 5/17/21, they are still requiring masks and a temperature check. I was meeting a friend from NJ in neutral territory (I’m from DC), but he was running SUPER late. My previous dip set was looking a hot mess so I frantically searched for a nail salon while driving on I95 (don’t do that. It’s illegal). There were so many but most were a little ways from 95 so I picked this one next to the Wawa I visit occasionally. It was about 6:15 when I walked in intending to only soak off the dip set I had on, but there was no one there and I decided to just redo my nails. I HATE that I forgot to ask my tech her name. She was AMAZING! We laughed and talked for an hour and a half. She took her time doing my nails in a very NATURAL LOOKING way. I kept telling her that I was boring because I just got the French Mani Dip but they are anything but boring. They look AND FEEL great. When the other place I went to (in DC) did them, my nails and fingertips hurt. Probably from the pressure of something new on my nails but ouch! My lovely tech did them perfectly, with no pain and no mess. It was $50 which I think is about average for this service from what I’ve seen. I know we would all want to pay $5 for amazing service but that’s just not realistic. If you want good service and a good product, you have to pay for it. I, who lives in DC, will be driving to this salon, which is 1.5 hours away, to do my nails from now on.

I will never go to this nail salon again ever!!! The person (owner/male) doing my pedicure was rude and refused to complete it once I complained that I was not satisfied with the dead skin removal on the bottom of my feet he literally stopped working on my feet and demanded I leave so I did …raising hell as I was walking out the door. Letting them know that I’m about to write the worst review I can possibly think of and let everyone know how I was treated. It looks like they use the same pedicure instruments over and Over again without disinfecting throughly …WTH!

I absolutely love this place. Yvonne and her husband are so kind and sincere. I am a very indecisive person and they were very patient with me because it has been quite a while since I treated myself to a manicure and pedicure. Both of them have great attention to detail which makes me beyond satisfied with the results. The salon was relaxing and the conversation was pleasant. I will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone looking for quality treatment.

I should have known when I walked in that this was not a place I’d prefer to spend my money. The gentleman was serving someone and the lady was at her station not doing anything. I stood at the front desk waiting for someone to ask what I needed too long for there to only be one customer in the whole salon. After I sat in the lady’s chair she began to take ALL of my gel polish off by using the electronic sander, not just the top coat, but ALL of the polish. I inquired because I preferred my own nails not be destroyed by the sander and the polish be soaked off instead. She advised in a very unpleasant and unprofessional manner that the sander was faster and that was how they do it at this establishment. After picking a gel color she then advised that they did not have all the colors that she provided samples of….why give them to pick from then??? Following that, as she was painting my nails I noticed that she was only painting the tops. The sides, both left and right sides were not painted. I pointed it out to her and she instantly got an attitude, and I said that I needed to make sure they were right since I was paying for a service. She then fixed them, but did the exact same thing on my second hand. I once again pointed it out to her and she said she would get the sides during the second coat…. I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and have never seen or heard of such. I asked how long she had been doing nails and she could not tell me….her response was “too long”. Was that too long as in two days or two years??? Nonetheless, the painting she did was sloppy and not to my liking. The gentleman finished my nails and did a better job. When I left, it took me 3+ days to get the excess paint and hardened top coat off my fingers and from under my nails that was sloppily left. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, nor would I patronize them again. If you want good customer service as well as a good job, do not spend your hard earned money her . You will be disappointed.

Very poor customer service! If your are African American don’t go to this place. I called and asked if they did holo chrome nails the lady on the phone told me yes for an extra $15 on a gel full set. I said fine and made an appointment. When I went for my appointment all the seats were filled in the service areas. I began to sign the sign in sheet and let them know I had an appointment. An older lady told me no one had an appointment so I told her I had spoke with someone earlier. She then asked me what I wanted done and I told her the holochrome nails. She then told me the lady that does that wasn’t there. So I said fine I’ll just wait and get a regular gel full set. She then says they had no more availability for the day. There was no one waiting it was only the people getting serviced in the few stations at that moment. The place was basically empty. I was so upset and felt like they didn’t want my service so I left.

Jimmy did a very nice job. The salon is always clean. Its very easy to be seen. They are a fast and friendly spot to go get your nails done in a hurry.

This is the best salon in the area. It’s peaceful and all of the staff are very courteous and competent. They take pride in their work and go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Their prices are very reasonable. After trying many salons in the area, this is the only one I will go to from now on. Keep up the good work!

This is hands down the best nail salon I have visited. Had gone to salons in Towson, Parkville, Perry Hall, but at Nail Villa you get courteous service, and the BEST Gel Manicure ever. It’s bullet proof compared to other places.I really lucked out by giving them a try.
