Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismHad my nails removed, as the employee was working on my nails, they were also in the process of giving another client a pedicure(with gloves on) while my nails soaked. All cool……until they returned to my hands directly from her feet!! Never took gloves off or washed their hands!! I almost vomited on the spot. Had my nails removed, as the employee was working on my nails, they were also in the process of giving another client a pedicure(with gloves on) while my nails soaked. All cool……until they returned to my hands directly from her feet!! Never took gloves off or washed their hands!! I almost vomited on the spot. Will never use their services again

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI got my nails done. At the beginning I wanted pink and white ombré with butterfly designs. Then I took away the butterflies Because she said it would be $55 with the butterflies so I figured I’d be $50 to do with the hombre and I was fine with that but then she was taking two minutes to do one nail and I did not have the time for that so I just decided to do a plain pink color and which she said hombre would’ve cost $10. I didn’t get butterflies and I didn’t get ombré which means I should have gotten 15 dollars taken off the 55 yet I will still charge $45 I should’ve been charged 40. They were pretty but the staff was very rude. The guy and the older female. The only nice one was the youngest lady there that checked my nails for me because I ask. She said it was no problem and sent me on my way. When I said my claim about it shouldn’t be 45 the guy continues to yell at me? very rude over all.
