Critical: Quality, ValueI found the nail tech unfriendly. I didn’t feel relaxed. A fill is $25 but if you want to cut your nails is $60. She made sure I was aware of her fee change before I got to pick the color lol I even asked twice … in order for you to trim my nails is $60 ? She said “yes, sorry !! I asked to keep my coffin shape and she left them squared . Was not happy with my nails . On the positive side they do offer beverages . Terrible , terrible experience! Please save yourself the disappointment and your money ! The one that appeared to want to be the owner was rude , the tech Jenny that did my pedicure was rude . I was going to leave even before I got started but I was in a hurry and in the chair already ! Salon is sooo cluttered, so small ! I usually go to Bliss Nails in Fort Myers but I live in Bonita Springs now ! If you want a nice , not cluttered, upscale ,spacious friendly salon with complimentary wine go there ! Don’t go to this place ! I will drive 45 minutes back to Bliss before I go back to that dump ! Good Luck !

Pedi started out ok but I paid for the better pedi and it wasn’t very good. Had a young girl. My feet are still rough even after having the better pedi and she never did the foot massage part. Who wants their legs massaged over their feet?! Ive had a guy there before and he did a good job. Pedicure

Rude rude rude. Do yourself a favor and do not even bother. Never on 30 years have I been treated so poorly. I was awe struck . The massage sucked. No pressure. I can’t believe they stay in business. It’s not that clean or nice inside. Just avoid this place at all cost’s. Other places actually appreciate your business! Pedicure

One of my dip nails chipped the day I arrived from out of town. They were able to take me with 5 minutes notice and helped me find the closest match to my color. Thank you Helen!

I never went to a nail salon and had such a disappointing results. I got a full set and when I asked why my fingers around the nails looks so bad (even had left over glue) he explained that around the nail will be considered a different service. I was never told I need it a different service for my end result to look as Anyone will expect. To me it looks like an unfinished job. Other salons even add oil to your fingers/hands to give it a clean/finished look. Was not asking for free service but just a complete finish nail set. Not happy with my nails and I just spent $79. Not going back.
