In response to Dee Pa’s review, I happened to also be in the salon at the same time as she was. I did not witness her being humiliated nor did I see any tears. What I saw was an irate customer who ruined the salon experience for the other customers. I do not know when she had the time to cry when she was on the phone the entire time that she was there. The nail technicians agreed to fix her nail at no cost to her, and I even told Lucy to stop doing my nails and to work on her broken nail. When she left, the other two customers and I breathed a sigh of relief and reassured the staff that they did nothing wrong. Life happens and nails chip. It has happened to me and when I have stopped in the salon to get it fixed, I wait until someone is available and they gladly fix it free of charge. Lucy IS a manager there and has over twenty years plus experience in the nail business. She is always busy because she does an excellent job. She is also very friendly and very good at what she does.
