Connie is very professional and is up to date on the latest trends. Connie also continues to educate herself on advancements on nail care. I have never had an issue with the health of my nails. If you want Connie, better call to make an appointment because she is in high demand. Even my two teenage daughters have Connie do their nails. I have been coming to Nail Trix for over three years and Connie is my stylist. Connie is very professional and is up to date on the latest trends. Connie also continues to educate herself on advancements on nail care. I have never had an issue with the health of my nails. Critical: QualityQuick service, but that’s the ONLY good thing I can say! My full set which was “supposedly” coffin shaped, was absolutely horrible. I don’t know what shape this is.. She fixed it twice and I just gave up afterwards. Polish barely on.. Paid extra for long, and these nails are SHORT. I went to the salon to get a nail fixed that I broke. Of course, I was happy to pay to get it fixed. A lady (I guess she was a manager) was very rude and started screaming saying she will not fix it because I didn’t get my nails done there. You could have had a new customer if you were kind. Stay away from this place.

Horrible experience, the lady was rushing and she said that it was extra to clean my cuticles which in every manicure and pedicure you have to clean. She proceeded to file the gel paint off of my nails. She didn’t make it smooth. She did such a ugly job. I don’t recommend coming here. Overpriced for the wack job she did. I told her I didn’t like the work and wanted to call the cops. DO NOT GO HERE.
